This project consisted of a two-story addition with a remodel of the living room and dining room areas. The second story of the addition includes a large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a balcony off the back of the home. Also upstairs is a master bathroom with a huge walk-in closet and a workout room. The bathroom has custom cabinets and concrete countertops as well as a large double steam shower with a glass block window and two built in benches. The lower level of the addition is a sunny open room with an office and sitting area. This opens up to the back patio on one end and the kitchen on the other. It also features a custom metal railing for the stairway. Check out the bamboo floors and special doggy door. The original part of the home was also remodeled to include many new windows, the removal of a wall, which separated the living room and dining room as well as new exterior siding and paint.
