Bart Laemmel
Owner / Superintendent

Bart grew up in New York and has lived in Colorado since 1989. He holds a BA in Graphic Design. He has been working in the construction industry for 14 years. His field experience includes carpentry, cabinet making, painting, drywall and landscaping. Bart is an artist, so his architectural design work always has a creative flare. For management experience, Bart has worked as a superintendent with Richmond Homes, as a foreman for Gunnison Valley Construction, and was a business owner of The Colorado Boarder in Mt. Crested Butte. More recently Bart has found a strong passion for building science techniques, energy efficiency and green building. He is a LEED Certified Professional with the United States Green Building Counsel and is a Licensed Energy Star Home Rater. He has taught classes on energy efficiency at Western State College and the Carbondale Solar Institute and offers consulting as one of his services.

Jennifer Laemmel
Owner / Office Manager

Jennifer grew up in Minnesota and has lived in Colorado since 1994. She holds a BA in Food Science and Nutrition from Colorado State University and a Masters in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College. She has an extensive background in small business management, sales and marketing and was a business partner of the clothing boutique Frolik on 32nd in Northwest Denver.
